The future of property management is changing... Think about it, we already have AI, chatbots, self-checkouts, and even self-driving cars. I'm telling you, it's only going to get easier to be a landlord! So, hold on to your rentals and never sell!
Nowadays everyone is going self-service. Companies are handing off work lower and lower to the end user. For us landlords, this means our role is changing... Instead of doing stuff for tenants, we need to take a step back and support them. This means providing resources to guide tenants so they can do stuff on their own.
As it stands now, I'm working towards 100% Self-Service Management... This is not, science fiction. I've already been doing this for years... It's how I've been able to manage my rentals from Iraq. It's the same as regular property management, but there's no middleman...
I've trandscended property management. Today, as the landlord, I don't use any middleman property managers. I sit in the backseat and support my tenants to drive on their own... As a result, they become long-term "residents" that have an ownership mentality and I'm kinda like the virtual property management coach...
